I purchased this Pyunkang Yul Nutrition Cream for my husband, who has very sensitive skin with persistent redness. We live in Dubai, where the climate is extremely hot and humid, which can weaken the skin barrier and make redness worse. Finding a cream that restores moisture without feeling heavy has been difficult. This cream has worked very well for him. It noticeably calms his skin and helps restore the skin barrier, especially after cleansing. His redness appears less irritated, and his skin feels more comfortable overall. Most importantly, he dislikes creams that feel greasy, make him sweat, or leave a heavy film on the skin, and this one does not. It absorbs well and leaves the skin balanced without shine or discomfort. For very sensitive, redness-prone skin in hot climates, this is a great option. We are very satisfied with the results.

I repurchased this product because i used it before and i love it, but i received my cream and the box wasn't sealed.

It feels so good, my skin practically drinks it up. The cream is a bit on the heavy side, but you only feel it for like 5 seconds while it absorbs. No smell and gives lasting hydration. Love it.

If using exfoliation, this cream burns a little and healing isn’t fast.. so I had to stop using it.

Since using Pyunkang Yul products and especially this cream, my face has gone from dry and flaky to soft and smooth, it's almost unbelievable. This cream is rich but not oily and absorbs easily into the skin. A real game changer - highly recommended!

Absolutely love this moisturiser, I hate the feeling of creams on my face and usually stick to gels but this doesn't give me that icky feeling and leaves my skin super smooth!

-great for tretinoin users -great for azelaic acid users -great for sensitive skin -No scent -highly moisturizing I am using tretinoin at night and finacea in the morning. I struggled so much with how dry my face has gotten with the prescriptions I am using. I ran out of the expensive ceramide cbalm I was using then I saw this. For a quarter of the price of my initial cream, this one replaced it! My face still gets a bit dry but this goes very well with my two prescriptions. It doesnt leave my face sticky and I could definitely feel how fast my skin absorbs this. The bottle contains so much and you only use a little. I still have mine 2/3 full and I have been using it for a month. Will definitely purchase this again and would recommend to others ♥️

For context: my skin is dry, textured, very sensitive, prone to redness, and gets irritated easily. This cream has a soft, buttery texture that feels rich and nourishing, but without being greasy. It spreads easily, absorbs well, and leaves my skin calm and hydrated. No irritation at all – which is rare for me. I’ll definitely repurchase this one!
