Review: Worked great until it didn't - Bought the Silent Beacon in October of 22' and had no problems. Liked what it did and was happy. Here we are on February 2nd of 23' and the unit is dead and won't charge. Worked 3 months and I have to throw it out. I tried the trouble shooting on desertcart, but it's useless. It only says it's out of warranty. From my experience, I'd say spend your money on something else.

**Q: Is it compatible with android lgwing phone?**
A: The device is compatible with a "blue tooth " smart phone that can run the "silent beacon" app. I tried the app on my phone first then ordered the food. We like it, simple for mom to use.

**Q: Will it call the cell phone or just send a message??  I need a devise that will call a cell phone and ring.**
A: It can do both depending on how you configure it

**Q: What kind of grip strenghth do you need to press both buttons? Do you need to squeeze vert hard?**
A: Just got this device... I'm 85yo and do NOT have the finger strength to press instantaneously both buttons.

A: Yes! Our Panic Button can call 911 directly! Silent Beacon also is equipped with a microphone and speaker that enables two-way audio, so you can talk directly to 911 through the Beacon itself! Also, you can program the Silent Beacon, via our app, to call whatever number you choose to call, this can be 911, a loved one, a coworker, you choose!
