Fantastic Compact Stepper for a Full-Body Workout!
I’ve been using the Sportsroyals Stepper for a few weeks now, and I’m extremely impressed! This compact machine delivers an intense cardio and strength workout without taking up much space. The adjustable stride height is a game-changer—I can increase the intensity for a more challenging session or lower it for a lighter warm-up.The built-in resistance bands are a huge bonus, allowing me to engage my arms and upper body while stepping. It’s like getting a full-body workout in one simple machine! The hydraulic system is smooth and quiet, making it perfect for home use—no annoying squeaks or jerky movements.I also appreciate the 330 lb weight capacity, which provides stability and durability. The textured pedals keep my feet secure, and the digital monitor tracks my steps, time, and calories burned, which helps me stay motivated.Assembly was quick and easy, and the stepper feels sturdy even during vigorous workouts. Whether I’m watching TV or squeezing in a quick session between meetings, this stepper keeps me active without needing a gym.Highly recommend for anyone looking for an effective, space-saving exercise machine!

Changing my lifestyle one step at a time!
I purchased this product to get more steps into my daily routine. Due to my job I’m not able to hit as many steps as I’d like but this machine has really helped! I walk on this literally whenever I don’t want to just sit down. I walk and watch shows, scroll on my phone, listen to music, or just walk to walk! I’ve noticed I’ve dropped a few pounds due to this machine as well. After a few months of using it, I think it could using an oiling maybe? There is a clock noise every right step but I also using it fairly often basically everyday. If it’s on sale and you need your steps, BUY IT!

This a solid built machine and the workout it provides is awesome! Top quality and great value
Just received Saturday and so far am impressed. This stepper is solidly built and is larger than it looks which to me is a bonus as it gives enough space between foot pedals to keep well balanced. The pedals themselves are large and comfortable barefooted. The pads provide good grip and I felt very secure on it using the resistance bands. Anyone hesitant that it doesnt have resistance adjustment let me just say the hydraulics provide adequate resistance for me and the burn 5 mins into it was no joke! Nice little workout to sides and hips as well as it provides a twisting motion with each step. The resistance bands provide a good upper body/arm workout too. Arrival 4 days sooner than expected date of delivery was a nice surprise! Cant wait to see what kind of results Im going to see and no more excuses for getting steps in on bad weather days. I did a lot of researching reviews and comparison shopping between this one and the Niceday and Sunny steppers and am very glad I went with this one. I am thoroughly pleased.

This is makes getting a few minutes of daily activity so much easier!
I love this thing. Like many others, it would make an awful sound, clicking and squeaking, after a few minutes of use. I put some lubricant on the joints, which has worked like a charm. I park it in the living room, set a timer, and get mini workouts while watching TV. I work out, but I work from home, so I wanted to make up for having a sedentary life outside of those workouts. This does the trick. I have bad knees and plantar fasciitis, and this is easy on my legs while still burning my thighs!! (you can adjust the tension). If you are on the fence, get it! I'm going to buy one for my mom too!

In a word: Adequate.
Disclaimer: I'm not an athlete or a runner or anything, I don't go to the gym or go crazy on my cardio, so I don't have much frame of reference on how good any elliptical can be. I got this one because I needed a way to get my steps in during a long break from work, and this one is small and cheap. I've been using it almost daily for about a month and a half, and I try to get in about an hour on it each day. Also, I didn't bother with the resistance bands that came with it.First, the downsides:-The caps on the feet keep coming off while I'm using it. It doesn't seem to pose any danger, but when one comes off, the whole machine wobbles a little. It's irritating and frequent enough that I'm considering taking a hot glue gun to it and fixing it permanently.-If you use it regularly like I do, after a couple weeks or so it will start to squeak and creak like a wounded animal with every step. There are quite a few moving parts and hinges on this thing, and it's often hard to diagnose which one is screaming because mine only does this when there is some weight on it. The only reliable fix I've found is applying cooking spray liberally to each hinge until it stops. Then enjoy the relative quiet for a week or two until it starts squeaking again. It's a frequent and irritating issue, and the solution is tedious and messy. Easily the worst thing about it.-The pedals aren't super comfortable. I started wearing house shoes while I'm on it, which makes it a non-issue for me, but worth noting. All that said, the upsides:-It's cheap.-It's small, fits under my coffee table.-It came fully assembled and ready to use.-It works. I don't know how accurate the calorie tracking is, so keep that in mind if that's important to you. But I like that it keeps track of my steps and time until I reset it, and I like seeing my steps per minute as I'm going. And you can adjust the resistance fairly easily if you want to.Overall, I don't think I'd necessarily recommend this to add to your home gym if you're serious about fitness (and you shouldn't be listening to my opinions on that anyway!). But if you're like me and just trying to get in some steps and you're short on space and/or cash, this isn't a bad buy.
