What's the different to the yellow one

The yellow one is the grooming tonic as opposed to the hair tonic. This is from Reuzel’s website. Reuzel’s Grooming Tonic uses the same ingredients as the Hair Tonic but omits the alcohol. Instead of alcohol, it includes argon oil, which is an Omega 9 fatty acid that repairs and strengthens hair and adds lift and volume. It protects hair from blow dryers and other thermal styling techniques. It gives style and finish to already styled hair. Reuzel's Grooming Tonic has a light-medium hold.

Is this the same scent as the reuzel water soluble pomade?

The two water soluble pomades both have different scents. And no this tonic does not smell like either of them. I carry reuzel in my barber shop. It's a very fresh scent. I haven't met a single person that doesn't like it.

May this product be too thick if transferred into a spray bottle for use?

No, it’s not thick at all. It would spray very easily.
