The flavor of this is decent but it takes 3 packets to acquire the flavor for a 20 oz iced coffee. I purchased this as an alternative to my Starbucks VIA Iced Coffee packets that skyrocketed in price. These were a fraction of the price which was exciting, until I realized that you need at least 3 to get the desired taste. The directions say to mix with 4 oz of water....I am an avid coffee drinker so 4 oz would not cut it. The flavor is good if I used 3 and I could get by drinking this every day but the purpose was to save on the price hike from Starbucks and having to use so many packets at one time kind of defeats that purpose.

I liked that it already had creamer and sugar in it I'm a sweet coffee drinker and don't even add sugar to this. Once in awhile I'll add a bit of "breve" just to change it up. Only draw back is I use 4 packets to a 16 ounce drink😂

Even though I need (3) tubes of coffee mix to make a nice tall cup(24oz) of icedcoffee . I found it to be well worth the money. It tastes great sweetened just right. Great coffee flavor. Plenty of cream.

I don't know if it's the coffee or the creamer but it has an unpleasant taste.

I don't know if it's the creamer or what, but I'm sorry I can't return it. Doesn't taste like coffee at all and the more I used for a 16 oz drink, the worse it got. Stay clear of this item.

I was hoping to find a substitute for the iced latte packets made by a certain “good to the last drop” company. I mix them with oat milk. This brand has a weird taste to it. Price is great but I’m not liking the taste.

U need to use 3 packs per serving.but not need to add cream or sugar!
