Sound quality is good But the fact that u cannot detarch the cable is making it vulnerable, bcoz ounce the cable is destroyed,, it's over

Ok .. I had these on my head listening when I was 5 years old back in 1985. Decades have passed since and they work fantastic. Except the ears muffs faded long ago. Easy to get new ones for them..Fast forward to 2025 and I see these and get nostalgic! And for the price it was a must have ! What impeccable packing, the headphones inside look stonking & the sound crisp, clean & pristine with a long coiled wire, great accessories to plug into sources, easy to drive impedances & wattage! Great for long time wear in public too with no sound bleeds ! It's so good. Heck I might get me another one as back up !

Bought it from Sony store. They do require to break in slightly to sound better. Good value for the money. Low impedence so can be run on smaller devices too. Although they don't get supper loud. I am enjoying these. Few cons are that these are heavy. Plus heavy curled wire don't make them for comuting. Good deep bass but lacks punch which is OK from SQ perspective but for funky listeners looking for bass these not for u... Comfort is not great. Long listening could be tiring

Absolutely lovely! I was choosing between these (Sony MDR7506's) and the Philips SHP9500's and after realizing I'd probably want to listen to stuff alot in more quiet areas, I chose these, with the slight worry that the soundstage would be underwhelming. But man was I wrong. These are amazing for film production (dialogue/SFX post-production) and really nice and accurate for music production as well. Although the Philips probably would have had more of the open sound stage/speaker feel, I don't think I could be any happier with my choice. 5/5

Been using daily for 3 years for gaming, listening, mixing, and recording. Excellent sound clarity, a little less low-end than more commercial over-ears (like beats), but mids and highs come through with exceptional clarity for a very balanced sound that's great for mixing/recording and gives really clear audio for general uses like discord calls and streaming. Fantastic headphones overall - especially considering the price point. I have a pair of audiotechnicas and beats that are 1.5-2x the price and these are far and away my preferred headphones. I have a big head that causes some strain on most over-ear headphones over long-term use; if there's a load-bearing plastic component it will usually snap on me after a year or so. This model was no different - the plastic crescent just below the hinge joint that holds the ear casing gave out about 1.5 years in. Fortunately none of the wiring runs through the plastic weak points, so I was able to slap some epoxy on it to repair with no loss in audio quality. An easy fix, and realistically not an issue for someone with a normal-sized head.

I've used this wonderful product for over 2 years now I believe, I didn't realise I hadn't left a review for it. As a voiceover artist, I initially didn't realise how important it was to have decent headphones as I thought mine were okay quality enough but I was blown away by the level of detail and the voice I was now finally able to hear. I was EQing all wrong prior and I feel like a fool because of it, but this is just a lesson that one had to learn. If standard smartphone earphones were at a 20% sound quality marker, and some generic overear headphones at around 50%, these pair of Sony headphones feel like a solid 100%. (Tinny monitor speakers would be the 0% mark!) The immersion feels great and the bass is fantastic too. I have read that it can be too good at times and thinks it hears things but from my perspective I've not had such encounters, it must be for people who regularly produce music to notice these things, but my untrained ear struggles to perceive these minute details. One admittance, I dropped these headphones once and one of the "ears" kind of fell off, but it was fairly easy to re-clip it back in, so I'm glad they weren't broken or anything. So points for durability there! I have worn these headphones for hours on end, so they're not uncomfortable. It can get a bit hot as they are fully over-ear but only after very long sessions. I've never caught my hair on these so that's a plus unlike the ones that they hand out in planes (!). Ultimately this was a purchase from Amazon warehouse and I was very pleased, it definitely amped up my voiceover abilities and it's something I don't regret buying. Whilst I was researching, these tended to be reviewed as industry standard at least some time for the past decade and more. Things might have changed now but these were very popular - I just remembered during a networking event, I saw a child of a voiceover using these headphones too! They must be good and renown! Pros: - Great for sound-related careers - Comfortable with size adjustments optional - Durable - Long cables Cons: - Worried one day the main wire could be damaged and since it's fully intergrated with the body of the headphones, it can't be replaced. - Worried the leather-style material will wither away

Para a pessoa que tem cabeça bem pequena como eu - não se preocupe pois é excelente e se encaixa perfeitamente e mesmo que balance a cabeça não cai. É confortável? Sim. Ele aperta a cabeça mas é questão de costume mesmo É leve? sim Diferencial - ele é totalmente dobrável, ou seja, para transposte é maravilhoso pois evita riscos de quebrar ( dobra melhor que o JBL) Qualidade de saída do som- bem ainda não toquei o teclado com ele (pois acabei de receber) mas ouvi uma música de um pianista e comparei com as marcas de mercado conhecidas e digo com absoluta certeza - o som é incrivelmente diferenciado (isso pq ouvi a música e nem toquei ainda). pesquisei muuuuuuito pra decidir comprar ele. Se houver mais ressalvas eu volto e comento mais! Espero ter ajudado
