SUPER expensive here, but I love these
In some areas you can find these in grocery stores, but not here. This is an add water, mix, roll, cut (with knife or scissors) and then pop into oil, flip, dust with powdered sugar and ENJOY mix.I could probably make these from scratch, but this is perfect for super fresh beignets fast.

Easy to make at home if you can't get to Cafe du Monde!
I haven't been to Cafe du Monde in perhaps 20 years, but I was happy to be able to get their donuts. These are easy to make, but be sure to clean up the rolling pin afterwards. Suggestion: Filter and re-use the oil, adding more as needed.

All of the guest enjoyed and I served with powdered sugar and toppings of ...
I ordered this product for my friends bachelorette party. It worked out perfectly as the bride wanted fresh beignets made to order for the shower. All of the guest enjoyed and I served with powdered sugar and toppings of chocolate syrup, honey, and many different jams. You only need a little of this mix as one serving serves 24 easily and the entire box many more. Very easy mix. After a few test runs though I decided to add vanilla to the mix to sweeten it up a little. Every one seemed to enjoy the fruits of this labor.

Beware of Expiration date
The product is great but the expiration date was within 3 months.

Oh so good!!!
Easily makes great beignets! Plus I was surprised to find it made more than I expected even though I like my beignets somewhat doughy. I roll my dough out a little less to have thicker dough. If you have not made these before, to make them puff you have to hold them under the oil for a few seconds. After you drop them in and they start to rise to the top, just use something to hold them just under the oil. It usually takes just a second or so and you will see the dough start to expand. Then just let them go and let them finish cooking. Flip to cook both sides if necessary.

Love the taste of New Orleans.
Everything is fine except the last 3 shipments have had one corner mashed in. No turn bags yet.
