Built quality is top notch, base is a bit small, and wheel rolling action is very good. It's a bit heavy but it's the quality that matters.

The item is as described. It is sturdy and folds up beautifully to be relatively compact. We really wanted this to work.Challenge No. 1: The handle.It's stable, the grip is relatively comfortable, but it's short. I am 5'8" my husband is 6'2". We were hoping to replace an older, now less functional cart, but found the handle on here to be too short for either of us to pull comfortably. The length is great for the purposes of having it remain compact when folded, but we returned it because we knew the handle length would give us trouble.Challenge No 2: The base.It's sufficient for a lot of things, but it's not particularly deep and as the design has the corners curved in, it doesn't offer quite as much evenly distributed support as something square on the bottom. Again, this is a design feature to accommodate the compact folded version. For many people, that will be sufficient and completely worth it. For us, it wasn't. We're often carrying an item (a bass amp) that sticks a bit further forward and doesn't have the weight of something tall to hold it in place. For us, this wouldn't work.Perk: The storage for the bungee cords! We thought this was a great design idea and wish we could have kept it.Summary: It is what it says it is. It's sturdy, easy to use, and compact. The design is good for what it is, the design just might not be suitable or functional for everyone's purposes. It can be hard to know without actually testing it out for yourself. Thankfully, the return process was easy!

I don't have much space so this folding function is very good. The wheels are not very huge so I only recommend for movings/carrying big furnitures/boxes on regular surfaces, so no snow.

Clever design with lots of little notches and cutouts for the bungee ties. I like it but I only used it once for carrying festival luggage so can’t really vouch for it’s longevity

Could be a little taller. Not a problem for most people, but I’m 6’2” tall. This hand truck was a couple inches short for me.
