Q: Can this be used on face?

Yes I use it on my face but it didn’t help my issue. I used coconut oil, skin is all better now

Q: Does it come fragrance free? I have bought Seba moisturizing body lotion at Costco it works for my husband's eczema but scent is too strong

Sebamed products are mostly fragrance free. I have very sensitive skin and these products are all I use. I also have eczema difficulties. The Urea lotion is fantastic and used this after surgery and when my skin is exceptionally dry or itchy. Highly recommend this product and any Sebamed item.
