These knee braces fit well according to the size chart and don’t slip while in use. My daughter wears one during jiu jitsu and she makes minimal adjustments during class. She likes the support the knee brace gives, but still has freedom of movement.

I bought these for my recovery from ACL surgery at 6 months post op to help support the knee pain during higher intensity exercises that require deeper squats with weights and when I jog outside. I’ve used them a few times now and I have to say it makes me exercise with a lot more confidence and really helps me feel more comfortable and stable. I will update after laundering them a few times to see if the quality remains. But I’m very happy with my purchase now.

In Conclusion: Despite the small issue with the rubber, this is one of the best knee compression sleeves I’ve used. It delivers on its promises of support, comfort, and pain relief, making it a valuable addition to any fitness enthusiast’s gear. I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable knee sleeve for sports, recovery, or everyday use. Just be mindful of the rubber if you’re planning to use it heavily. Ordered these after a small meniscus tear. They fit great and do not roll or slip. My knee feels like new again.

Perfect support for me aging dancer knees. No restrictions to movement...I noticed my hip pain eased. I ordered my measurement and one up. One up is perfect. I recommend this product. Also, While i haven't done so, i KNOW this item is NOT FOR SLEEPING.

These fit as expected and work great for the first couple hours. Fit is true to measurements in description. After a couple hours of wear, the top will not stay put, it slouches down like it’s been stretched out. The compression is not reatrictive and did relieve some of my MCL/meniscus pain. The fabric is a bit itchy against the skin, will see how it feels after a good wash with some gentle soap.

The product was very good and arrived in great packaging shape. I just ordered it too big, it fit in the thigh but was too loose in the knee so there was no support. I ordered a smaller one and returned the other one. No problems Thank you for a great product! 😁
