Nice shiny results
I used to use liquid gold years in the past to make doors and trim look good. Over the years, I sort of forgot about the product and stopped using it. Our kitchen table takes a lot of abuse when the kids come over and lay their things on it. It was starting to look pretty beat up and I knew it needed attention. I was checking on Amazon and found this and remembered how good it worked. I used it and the results were great. After application, you have to let the table sit for a while while the liquid gold dries completely. Sometimes, you need to add a second or third coat to get the best results but I think you'll be happy with what you get. I will buy again when my supply runs low.

Great furniture polish.
Love this furniture polish. It both cleans and moisturizes my wood furniture and leaves it with a shine.

Excellent product, price skyrocketed
The pourable version of Scottyās Liquid Gold is an excellent product that I use on antique furniture and on wood cabinets & trim. I was happy to have a highly knowledgeable professional painter endorse the product as āsafeā since it does not prevent wood from being painted at a later time as do some other products. I would not use the spray on version which would result in oily overspray. It can be somewhat difficult to reliably source locally, so I have counted on Amazon ⦠but I will plan ahead and look locally after this current experience. Paid $8.41 for 20 oz in 2019, $6.43 for 14 oz. in 2020, and $15.00 for 14 oz, in 2024. I believe that almond oil is an ingredient and wondered if there was a material shortage contributing to the skyrocketing price? I will continue to use this product, but will do a better job of price checking in the future.

It doesn't take much, so be sparing when using.
Leaves wonderful finish on wood counters and tabletops

It does what it says.
Best. I have used this for over 40 years. It does what it says it will, but you have to use it fairly often. To get it off your hands, wipe them with paper towels first before washing, or wear rubber gloves. Actually it helps your skin.

Not aerosol
So happy to find this but read labels carefully as this is not aerosol. Works great as always just not as convenient.
