If i mount a dslr on the trinocular, is the magnification limited to the magnification of the objective? with 40x objective can i get 400x in dslr?

The DSLR will bypass the eyepiece so the total magnification will depend on the objective and the adapter you use between to connect the camera with (which normally has much less magnification than the eyepieces).

Do you switch the lightpath between the binoculars and the trinocular(camera) or is the lightpath always divided between them?

No, there is no divider in between. All three ports are always open at the same time.

Can i use it outside of usa(220v) without using transformer ?

Yes. The plug says "AC/DC Adapter Input: 100-240V 50/60Hz 0.5 A Max". Note that you will probably need a plug adapter.
