Hi. I don't know the exact measurements per say. But my son is 14 years old also and I bought the adult size. He is 6'1 135 lbs . So he's tall and skinny.. he loves it. Hope that helps.

Are these available for ansi type eye protection like a construction zone?

ASTM F803 is a more strict standard than Ansi Z87.1, nonetheless they are different certifications. Yes it will protect you but it still doesn't mean they are "certified" for a construction zone.

Can the lenses be changed for prescriptions?

Not that I’m aware of as threy are curved glasses

Can this be used for sports like hockey?

My son used them for floor hockey… and they worked fine
