Do not buy this item is junk it's too hard let the water run out you can't work dishes with it I've tried it on a couple of different styles of stinks it does not work good idea but don't work

I Do not know but it is worth buying it and it works great for mr.

Q: will this work on a bath tub

Probably not, you will have to measure the circumference to see if it will fit. My 2 tubs have a smaller drain.
