I tried four different rivet guns including an air rivet gun. The first three models either didn't grip 1/8" rivets and 3/16" rivets (the most common sizes I use) or didn't release the left-over rivet stem or were very difficult to close because they required to much grip strength. This one worked very well on all sizes I've tried and quickly releases the stem on the first try and is very easy to close because it works with a two handed grip. This Orfeld Professional Rivet Set is very heavy duty and well built and finished. I haven't tried the rivet nut and reamer function yet because I was looking for a quality pop rivet gun so I consider those functions a bonus. The case this set comes is very well designed and seems suitably heavy duty.

Works great. Only used rivets at this point but I am sure the rivet nuts will be just as simple.

This tool is awesome !! Works great easy to use!!! The set has different sizes it stretch the fitting real tight!! And snug!!. Recommend to buy value for the money!!!!

I do a lot of DIY work and loved the idea of having one handy tool to do 3 functions. This is indeed a 3 in 1 hand plier tool that can set pop rivets, set rivet nuts and act as a hole nibbler for thin sheet metal. This is reasonably supplied with 2 nibbling mandrels (the seller refers to them as "reaming" which I suspect is a translation problem), 6 Metric and SAE rivet nut mandrels (M5 M6 M8 10-24, 1/4-20, 5/16-18), the standard 5 sizes of pop rivet heads (2.4mm, 3.2mm, 4.0mm, 4.8mm and 6.4mm). The mandrels are all individually packed. There is a flat wrench to ease replacing the 2 different mandrel/rivet head plier inner arbors which let me switch between rivet, rivet nut mandrels or nibblers easily. The knurled ends make switching easy and often without using the included wrench. The pop rivet heads are knurled and screw in without tool use. The rivet nut mandrel ends are also knurled so I can spin on a new rivet nut or off one that is set. All of these parts use black oxide treated steel with hardening as needed for strength. Excellent design!Picture 1-4 is the large blow molded case with mandrels, wrench & accessories. P.4 to 7 in use setting my own Stainless Steel (SS) ~10mm OD 1/4"x20 Rivet Nut; P.5&6 SS Rivet Nut being set, P.7 a set Rivet Nut in a washer hole face side; P.8 nibbled hole with moons of sheet metal nibbles. Included are 10 rivets and 10 rivet nuts per size of mandrel (50pop rivets &60 rivet nuts total). Note that the nibbler mandrel causes a bit of an upset edge (curved towards the plier) which is not preferable.I was able to use this for repeated rivets and rivet nut setting as the handles are just long enough. Two or 3 more inches would be perfect! An "Amazon's Choice" Rivet Nut Setter (a different brand) has a 16 inch tool size. Extra heavy duty tool. Well made and works very smooth. It is a complete kit including pop-rivets and rivet nuts. The tool comes with a wide assortment of sizes and the adapters for installing pop rivets or rivet nuts. Works amazingly well for sizes up to 5/8 inch. The long 13" handles make installation of the smaller sizes ultra easy and not too much of a chore even for the largest size. Everything is well marked and well packaged in its own storage and carrying case. Once you see it it is easy to understand and use. You can even nibble out holes and slots with the reamer function in sheet metal. Highly recommended. I used it to install number of rivet-nuts for testing on a machine we are building. Takes less than a minute per nut. Excellent tool and I would buy again.

This tool is very well done, it has reasonably long handles to get a good grip and apply the necessary amount of force for any task for what is designed without so much effort, the assorted rivet samples are a nice touch to test this tool and also a starter for any small project and most important the samples tells you the right type, shape and size of rivets you can work with and make it easy for a novice on how to order the refills.I have not complains and I think this tool is awesome and works well plus is very pretty in its design, I really love it.

I use this tool to set Rivet Nuts and it works very well. Overall a nice complete kit and easy to use. I like that it has both SAE and Metric rivet nut capability since I work on both and try to use the same as what I'm working on. Also this Rivet Nut too is a good value for the money.
