Ultra Work Memory Plus Shoe Insoles for All Day Comfort and Foot Pain Relief, Trim-to-Fit

I spent years walking around on a broken sesamoid bone that wasn't diagnosed because 2 of the 3 mri's weren't catching the slice to see it, but I was able to find a frame on the 3rd that showed it and finally had it removed. For the years I had to walk on it, the only insert that provided any relief were these because the cushioning at the ball of the foot is significantly more than any other insert I could find. Most others focused on the heal and arch with very thin cushioning under the ball of the foot. These had that cushioning and along with some comfortable work boots made walking around tolerable. If you've got an injury or pain in the ball of the foot, give these a shot.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: By far the best work insole! I have tried so many, some even more than twice the cost of these, and they all blow out within weeks with liner deterioration. Worn daily in work boots and walked on all day, these tend to hold up for months it seems. They are also extremely comfortable and also they allow ventilation unlike the gel style insoles. Being able to air out is a must between work days. They, of course, are not invincible however... To expect such is unrealistic. The price is easily worth it as they're not outrageous. I do not use any other insole. I am on my 7th or so pair through the years. Try these and enjoy them!

Great deal for the price. I walk a lot and they still work after 2.5 weeks of use. Not as comfortable as everyone says in my opinion! Better than How they did feel before I had padding. The top layer did peel off after the first time wearing it. However it’s not a needed layer it’s more of a logo/decorative layer I’d buy another one when I need it though.

i wanted a flat memory foam insole with no arch support: but this product has a deap heal cup o the inside and out side. it doesn't fit in my boots without cutting and trimming away the insoles arch and heal cup. it ended up being a waste of money. this purchase was a mistake. finding insoles that are true low arch or for flat feet is always hard . the only thing im looking for is some extra padding under the heal and the ball of feet not all the extra gimmicky heal cups and arch support. i was shopping for work boot insoles not athletic insoles. i dont weight 300lb so i don't need extra arch support. just make something flat , soft and easy to trim . i wore the insoles once after trimming and going for a 1 mile walk. and in my opinion they would never perform good in my boots all day at work. Over 8 miles a day of walking is normal for me. So i get real picky about insole. i dont stand around or spend my day sitting. i got home from my walk and took the airplus insoles out. put my remind insoles back in. and through the airplus insoles in the garbage. you can buy roles of eva memory foam and make a better insole if you are looking for something low profile DIY with zero drop. i just dont like zero heal drop insoles for work. so im still searching for something cheap , convenient and replaceable.

These are the absolute best insoles I have owned. I have worked 13 hour shifts on my feet with these and they were great!

can'r reccomend these highly enough they are by far the most comfortable insole and deffinately cusion and protect the foot i suffer from pkantar faciaitis and foot problems in general while it is not a cure it has allowed me to walk futher for longer .they are durable and long lasting as i use them every day and they can be cut to size
