Awesome addition to home gym
The rope is definitely durable. The package came with parts that allow 3 different set ups. The manual also included different workouts. Highly recommend if you have the space for it and it is a great addition to my daily workout.Only improvement is if the manual has instructions on how to how to set it up.

Great Battle Ropes
The media could not be loaded. These work great and are super durable for the price. They store nicely and are the perfect weight. My ten year old uses them too aside from my husband and I so they are very versatile.
