This desk was easy to put together and is so sturdy. Very clean lines and appreciate that is can be “L-shaped” either direction. Mix of black and brown works with tons of decor. Great value for the money!

I’m not even going to try to put this together. The color is completely off from the picture. The picture was brown and this is black. Returning to see if they replace with the correct item.Update:Seller has contacted me to fix the issue. I now have the correct desk and all pieces are intact. The desk functions well and was relatively simple to put together.

One bag of hardware was mislabeled, which slowed me down a bit on the assembly. Once I figured out the right parts, I was able to put this together in about 20 minutes. Great desk, very sturdy, lots of space for two large monitors, laptop, and more!

For the money, it is better than what we expected

First things first, this desk has the absolute worst instructions I’ve ever seen. Not enough detail. Secondly the bolts for the bottom shelf are too long to be tightened down all the way.Do not hesitate to order several fender washers to help strengthen this desk.With that being said and now that’s it’s put together with the extra washers and trail/error I can confidently say this is a solid and sturdy desk. The lower shelf gives it support so it doesn’t feel like it could fall over. It’s rather sturdy with the bolts tightened down. By looking at other desks on Amazon this is a major and welcomed difference.The desk itself is a decent size and fits my NZXT case, 27in monitor, and a few other things comfortably. The smaller area on the right could be easily used to place a printer even with the computer on the desk. Could easily fit a dual monitor set up.Seems easy to clean, decent wire management is possible, and is surprisingly sturdy and spacious for a cheap desk. Just be sure to get at least 8 washers (2 per bolt) for the lower shelf area.

Not only are these the absolute cheapest materials, but the design skimps on every possible item to make an even halfway bad part. Ultra thin material, nearly every joint is a single point connection (I.E. everything can spin in place), no washers to spread point loads (again on super thin mild steel, so don’t tighten anything snug; it’ll rip through), and then we get to the “instructions.”Frankly, this is a complete disaster. Pictographs with the scale too small to see key details like positions of holes on asymmetric parts. No plain English notes or details. Likely nobody to translate… In other words: You’re gonna build this thing three times and probably stripping the cheapest hardware possible on the second try. And that’s assuming all the parts are labeled/correctly labeled/present… which my unit had none of that.Surface finish is garbage. Scrapes, bent, deformed from manufacturing, scratches through the thinnest powder coat imaginable. (Likely due to no primer/de-greaser). Again poor design leading to just an aweful follow through on everything down stream. Most of the holes are misaligned by 0.063in in random directions. There is absolutely nothing I can do to salvage this desk. You can’t even weld these parts together because of how thin this is after paint.STAY AWAY

Well made and sturdy

The desk has great dimensions. It also has a great shape. However the materials are not what they describe.The metal is very thin and bends when you tighten the screws. There was some missing hardwear. The shelf actually called for a cam that was not in the package. I however had an extra one at home that worked. That particular piece wasn't even in the instructions however there is a whole for it on the shelf. The shelf is a great idea but no support and wobbly in the middle. the screws for the shelf were too long my and my husband had to grind them down. I plan on adding additional supports so that the shelf can be useed for books instead of decorative items. The two pieces of particle board that meet as a noticeable seem. The finish on the boards is not good. When the boards arrive it is clearly just a laminate coating over the top but they're not sealed on the edges. The desktop does not have any type of coating on it and dings as well as scratches super easy. The metal is very much the same.I wasn't expecting the top to be as cheaply made as it is considering that is a simple design. I think that this desk could be a reasonable purchase if the price was reduced a little bit based on quality.
