My husband has issues in his neck and this foam roller has helped relieve it so much. We watched a video suggesting getting one for home PT (physical therapy). It is excellent quality! Highly recommend.

This is a very firm roller. I also didn't read the diameter of it, so it was too big. But for my physical therapy needs it ended up being too stiff for me. I'm sure for yoga and healthy people using it for exercise, it would be fine though.

Low density? I question that in the description. All the same though its held its shape and worked great for rolling my back.

This will work but be warned, there is nothing soft about it. It is very firm. It was too hard to use at first. I needed to wait until my injury had healed. If you are not in pain I’m sure it would work.
