Tastes like delicious fruit chewies, but good for you as well. I leave them on the end table by my recliner to remind me to take them daily. No artificial taste or smell.

Amazing three years kept majority of winter and season al ‘ichs’ - flu etc a way I feel like this really does boost your immune system and keeps it running and it’s peak! Great addition to probiotics and exercise and eating!

Elderberry helps support heart health and fight inflammation and infections, among other benefits as well. I started taking it during the onset of my flu when my wife and get them together. I took these Sambucol Black Elderberry Gummies immediately, but wife didn't. Her flu symptoms lasted days after mine went away. Now she is hooked on them! Like many vitamins, there is not enough studies on a mass scale to know how well these things work. Sometimes they work for some people, while others don't. Elderberry is a flavorful addition to a healthy diet and good source of vitamin C, with fiber and antioxidants. Personally, it tastes a bit tart.
