These blow straws will be brilliant when you need to revive a fire or start a new fire burning. No more smoke in the eyes!

I don't think you would need this if just out camping but more in an emergency situation, where you're making a fire from nothing. Nice size to put in a tin with a striker, cotton and wooden toothpicks. I wouldn't use them as described as you don't really need them, just don't blow to hard. What they are good for, and I'd use 2, is to to expand and put the thinner end under the fire in the small fire hole you made, as they will draw air in as the heat from the fire raises the air over it.

Perfect size to fit in a tinder box. It came as a set so I could split them for my children. They have used it with Scouts to help build a fire.

The media could not be loaded. I love using pocket bellows to get small wood burning stoves going as it is so easy as you will see from the video.For a twin pack the price of these is a steal and it's always useful to get two of everything like this for different packs or bags.I keep one in my main (bug out) bag and my other is in a custom cook kit which is housed inside an impact proof case. That includes folding stove, stainless bento box, soup packets, cutlery, various ways of starting a fire and other relevant cooking gear - I'll upload a video to my Thousand Yard Stare channel on Youtube in the near future to show that kit as anyone interested in pocket bellows will surely find that video useful.Back to the bellows.....you really can't go wrong at this price as you're basically getting two for the price of one and if you are still breathing you can use this with very little effort.The extendable tube is a good length (approx. 19") so it enables the user to be well away from any source of sparks, smoke or intense heat. That is important as there is nothing more irritating than an explosion of sparks in the face and on an expensive outdoor jacket or inhaling a lung full of wood smoke.The tube also doubles as a straw but make sure you dry it well before folding it down for storage.Even a complete fool could use this to help get their fire going (and it's great for kids learning bushcraft) so I'd definitely recommend it as part of a fire kit.

Nice small sized blow tube for my fire kit. I like the fact it comes in a little tube. The tube is sealed which keeps it away from my messy tinder. There's 2 so I have a spare, or am able to make another kit.

Great price, not much more to say other than they do what they’re designed to do!
