I have extremely sensitive, easily broken skin, on top of an autoimmune condition that causes me to heal much more slowly than normal. I also happen to model for a living, and a lot of my paid work consists of swimwear and lingerie - the irony is cruel. I've tried every hack in the book (different shaving creams, obsessive moisturizing, waxing vs shaving vs hair remover gels, DIY methods, desperately pleading to the skincare and hair removal gods, etc.) This product is the first thing I've tried that has done anything at all to remedy the problem.This did not entirely eliminate all razor bumps for me, but it greatly (and I do mean GREATLY) reduced them from what usually appears after shaving, as well as decreased the appearance of previous razor bumps in the area. It also had an instant soothing effect so that I felt no irritation or pain at all after shaving, that alone was well worth getting this product for.I apply to my bikini line after shaving and then once daily between shaves. Since using this for about a week there is no redness in the area, no irritation, far fewer razor bumps after shaving, and my previous razor bumps are actually fading which is such a huge relief after struggling with them and my stubborn healing process for so long.A lot of people say it smells like cologne but I thought it had a really subtle, soft scent that was nice, not overwhelming or really noticeable at all. Overall I cannot recommend this stuff enough, it is a godsend.

Great for drying out spots but doesn’t necessarily prevent ingrown hairs

I shave my stomach and chest and use it all over to prevent bumps but found that it’s very irritating and burns a bit so I apply the product to the red ingrown bumps as they happen. The bumps appear to fade over the next two or three weeks.
