I have stopped taking my current multivitamins because they smell and taste horrific. *Enter sick emoji here* are these aroma and tasteless please?

I personally don’t find the smell unpleasant - they don’t really smell of anything. Same with taste . Because you swallow them whole, they’re not in your mouth very long anyway.

Did anyone notice any benefits after taking them? Any improvement in energy levels, skin or hair?

I started taking these after a blood test I received back - it found I had low iron. These multivitamins definitely gave me more energy, clearer skin . I had to repeat my blood test, and all levels normal so feeling great
