Michelin-Approved Vegan Crab Cakes
I’m currently in the process of comparing some of the vegan frozen food options out there. My most recent pick were crab cakes by Sophie’s Kitchen.I brought them home and prepared them exactly as directed but the results were quite underwhelming. In fact, the crab cakes were actually terrible. Oddly enough ... and I’m being serious here ... they tasted like car tires smell. I’m not sure how that’s even possible, but here we are. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Anyway, I definitely wouldn’t recommend these unless you might enjoy eating something that could double as a hockey puck. (⇀‸↼‶)As for vegan crab cakes that DO taste good ... I would very much recommend Gardein’s “Mini Crispy Crabless Cakes”. They’re delicious!

These are one of the best creations in the vegan community. I got them for years from a local shop. You have to learn how to cook them properly but they're delicious. The texture and the flavor is unforgettable. I hope they'll continue with the shrimp and the other products as well. Love it!
