This is a great product.
This is a fantastic product and it actually does work. I spray it on my pillows every night I had it helps me to get a good nights sleep. The scent is very calming.

I have suffered from insomnia regularly for years. To date I’ve tried breathing techniques and Rescue Sleep, which helped me to get to sleep. The problem is I wake up about 2am then can’t sleep and am restless all night.My brother told me about this product which he’d used as complimentary products in some hotels. After researching I decided on Sleep Plus rather than Deep Sleep.Tried last night for the first time and was amazed by the results. I went to sleep quickly and although I still woke up a coupke of times, rather than lying awake for hours, I went straight back to sleep and woke up feeling refreshed for the first time in a long time! It’s a lovely scent too - like that of an expensive spa! While there are some negarive reviews, this is definetly worth trying if like me you are suffering from a lack of sleep, everyone’s different but fir me This Works really does!
