I first ordered a set of coffee cups from this company last year- the 12 oz size. When I got them I was like, FINALLY! Someone who knows how to make a disposable coffee cup right! So when I ran out this year, I was pleased to see they now offer a line of 16 ozs – the better to feed my morning coffee addiction.Let’s talk about them for a second, because if you’re picky like I am, you’re going to want to know why they’re the best.First and foremost, the lids. They are RECLOSEABLE. Yes, that means you can take a sip before you leave the house, close it up during your commute, and re-open it when you get to the office. I don’t know about you, but my coffee goes on a journey from that first pour it to its last sip -- and that journey isn’t always smooth. I don’t need a lid that allows the coffee to spill all over me just because I was juggling some paperwork or the cat tripped me on my way out the door. Look at the pics – you can see it fully closes. Now, I’m not gonna hold it upside down or anything – they’re not waterproof, but it works great for sudden stops and jolts and speed bumps.Next - the colour. They’re gorgeous. Check out the pics. I got the midnight blue, but I’ve purchased three sets of Glowcoast cups, each one a different colour, and they all look amazing. The 16 ozs come with the sleeve for extra insulation and the 12 ozs are triple walled so your hands don’t get hot. Rest assured the hot stays nice & hot through my commute and morning meetings.They are sturdy enough to last through that first cup of coffee and then, if you’re so inclined, wash it out and use it again for a cup of tea. No desire to do dishes? Pitch it. They’re disposable!Finally, and I’ll admit this is pure vanity, it’s about the cachet. I have had multiple people ask me where I buy my coffee. They don’t believe I make my own because it looks like a designer cup.It usually goes like this:“Where do you get your coffee from every day?”“My kitchen.”“But those cups…”“I know.”Go ahead and buy them. You won’t be disappointed.

I have ordered these cups many times and have even gotten friends buying them. Unfortunately, the quality of the cups in my most recent order is terrible. The lids don’t fit like they used to so every single cup has leaked. The rim of this set of cups also crumples when the lid is placed on. I’m very disappointed in a product that I had come to trust. I hope the company goes back to the older better product.Update 5/13/19 - every cup/lid in the entire box failed to seal properly. When I came back to my review, I found that it was filtered by a “sensitivity filter”. I guess honest negative reviews aren’t allowed.

The cups are great, the lids are great (although a super tight fit so a little difficult to get on the cup). But my complaint is the cardboard heat diffuser sleeve. it will not stay up on the cup. If you are putting hot beverage in the cup, the sleeve protects your hands from the discomfort of the heat. That part works well. But the dang sleeve will not stay up. it very easily slips down so you are constantly fighting with the sleeve. To make this work, i have to put tape on the sleeve to the cup. That is a ridiculous step to have to go through. In my opinion, the sleeve disfunction breaks the product completely and defeats its purpose. This product could be much better if the sleeve had a glue spot on the inside, like many other sleeve products for hot beverages.

These are far superior to other disposable coffee cups available on Amazon.- resealable drinking hole- tight-fitting lid- the paper is durable and will hold-up to a couple re-uses after a quick rinse in the sink- nice, eye catching design- can’t beat the price!I’ve purchased a number of different “to-go” coffee cups from Amazon and these are superior to all of the s
