My experience with this company has been more than satisfactory. The earing post's little slide on locks were too tight for the posts. Rather than ruin the posts on the earings trying to make them slide on, I returned them with that explanation and reordered another pair. Not only did I receive the new earrings within a few hours but someone had taken the time to place the sliding locks over the earing posts. That was a very classy move. I highly recommend them and will purchase from them in the future, which means soon!

Over all a good buy and nice look. However I think that back could be a little snugger. Lost one earring get it caught in collar when taking my shirt off.

The tiny metal stops were SO small I could not get them off and on. I had to use larger stops .
