Thicker than wet concrete maybe like peanut butter.you can spread it with a stick or putty knife but expect to throw that away when you're done because it's very hard to clean off. **Q: Is this good for filling holes in my concrete garage floor?** A: I use to fill in the edge where the concrete was busted off. Worked fine for that. I would think that it would work better with deeper holes (1/4 inch or deeper) than shallow holes. **Q: is there a way to thin it and stuff into a empty caulk tube? if i add alcohol and mix?** A: It is best to call the manufacturer.
