I purchased the 25cm swing for my sun conure, Apollo, not realizing just how big that was. When I got it, it was a little bit too big for him, so I emailed JRDC to see if I could exchange it for the smaller swing. They got back to me really fast and told me that not only would they send me the 18cm swing but that I could keep the 25cm swing for when Apollo gets bigger. I was so surprised because most companies require you to send back the item. They have already shipped the smaller swing within a day of requesting it. The swing is made of sturdy rope, which is great because Apollo LOVES to chew on everything! When I put the 25cm swing in his cage, he immediately got on it. I can't wait to get the smaller one so he can swing to his heart's content!The company is good at emailing and responding to emails. I am VERY pleased with them and will be buying from them again!

I love the size and colors and my bird loves it. I have bought the wire wood swings for her and she wouldn’t get on them. She’s a Jenday Conure and she’s so happy on it.

This was for my Cockatiel and there is plenty of space for her. Very good purchase.

Material and make of the swing is great - however - I ordered the smallest size they had (18) and it was still too big for my small parakeet and his cage. Perhaps this product is made for larger types of birds such as parrots. I wish they offered 3 different size or custom made….disappointing…Im not sure whether to keep it and remake it to the correct size or just return it and look for an alternative. Surely they can manufacture swings to accommodate smaller types of birds such as canary/finches or parakeet. Until then, I wouldn’t recommend it for smaller birds. :(

It was too small …. I do not want a replacement!!! I wanted a refund! I just returned the last and you sent me the same thing!

It arrived a little deformed, I had to make it look like a nice circle, but my birdie goes on it and likes it and that’s all that matters!

Be aware this is a very large swing, not meant for tiny birds. Small size works well for senegal parrots and has held up. I did wrap mine in vet tape though to be careful.

My two little budgies love this and not only swing on it but use it as a trapeze and climber. Perfect for them.
