It took me 5 weeks after ordering this monitor to get my new computer build assembled. To my dismay this monitor is wrongly advertised as having AMD Freesync compatibility and iSanek will not accept the return. With an $800 budget I strongly recommend finding a better seller and a better 34" ultrawide monitor, such as an HP model.

Great ultrawide monitor for productivity and casual gaming.Pros:- Bright display- USB Hub with USB-C output which works great for my Macbook Pro 2018- Joystick at the back for switching between inputs- You can adjust the monitor tilt + move it up and down on the stand- 100hz is smooth (coming from someone who had a 155hz monitor)Cons:- Colors are a little washed, especially towards the edges of the curve- The depth of the monitor with its stand is fairly considerable (takes half of my desk)

I just wanted to let everyone know how terrible the customer service team for this product is. The product itself is not bad - there was a technical issue though and I had to send it back. I sent the package back in December 2020 and it took over 3 months for Canada Direct to refund me my money. After repeated attempts on trying to get a number I could call, the customer service team still had no response. Finally, I had to go to Amazon and request a refund through them as Canada Direct was incapable of helping. Note, this was over 2 months where they kept saying the warehouse team was looking into it and we are getting back to you. I also tried to request a phone number that I could at least talk to but they refused to give out a number.Like I said, the product itself wasn't bad - i had a technical problem on mine but overall it wasn't terrible. Not great for gaming as it stretches the screen but all other features, it's pretty nice

This screen is a very good product for the price. Unless you want to pay over 1200 $ for slightly better picture quality, this is an awesome pick for multi-purpose usage. I work on this screen, and also do some gaming at 100 fps. I also connect to my macbook pro with a single USB-C wire, which charges it, and connects all my USB devices at the back. Great value for the money so far.
