Go for it!
I work on LPG tankers and the use of intrinsically safe flashlights is compulsory. Although we are supplied with intrinsically safe flashlights on board these ships, I've always wanted one with a powerful and concentrated beam and the nightstick XPP-5420B is perfect for my use. Water proof, shock proof, well engineered and very useful.

Batteries?
Ordered 2 of these flashlights and the general description says the batteries are included. They arrived with no batteries and when searched more information it tells you the batteries are not included. Further the selling page does not say special batteries are needed so thought good quality alkaline would work but product information included with flashlight indicate that special lithium batteries are needed. Haven’t been able to use them yet because can’t find the “special” batteries on the island I live on.

Not worth the money
Worked great for maybe a week, now it's so dim that it's barely usable. Tried fresh batteries with no change. Won't be buying again
