Compré el disco duro hace unos meses, me funciona genial con el puerto Thunderbolt y el USB. La verdad que no noto más velocidad en el puerto thunderbolt con respecto al puerto USB como dice el anuncio. Pero bueno como siempre tengo algo conectado en los puertos USB me va muy bien tenerlo conectado por Thunderbolt. Pero si te estás pensando comprar un modelo de Rugged, casi te recomendaría más el SSD de la misma marca solo con puerto USB y te ahorrarás dinero. Después de registrar el producto me entero que este disco duro no tiene acceso a un Cloud como si decía el anuncio. Así que si tu ilusión es tener espacio cloud de Lacie, este no es el producto que buscabas. En cuando a resistencia tiene mucha, y muy buena protección. Y excelente la garantía de 3 años y puedes aumentarla hasta 4.

Fast. Did I mention fast? Ohh, and.....this thing is fast. I use this hard drive for editing photos in LR. I upload raw images to it and create catalogs for shoots on this unit. I then cull and edit the catalogs directly from the SSD. My only regret is not getting a bigger one. I can only fit about 3 weddings at a time on it. GREAT PRODUCT!!!! PS, I got this one after my regular external HD failed. I edit on the go via a laptop 99% of the time. I lost 2 weddings and a bridal shoot on my old spinny drive. All of my images were backed up, so I didn't lose any photos.....just a buttload of time. Hopefully, this SSD will last longer in the mobile world.

I trust LaCie to deliver reliable storage and this drive is no exception. Ruggedly built and fast!

This is my 3rd LaCie product and all are excellent as portable hard drives. I use them from my Mac's and they interface with the OS very easily without any issues. I don't abuse them to extent of having to confirm if there rugged design stands up to there claim but suspect they will meet all the challenges given. Definitely recommend them.

Disque Dur d'une rapidité très impressionnante en Thunderbolt. Je l'utilise pour faire tourner de VM Windows et Linux sans aucune latence ! Pas eu le temps de tester (et pas envie) de tester la solidité.
