Don't take with stations they have zink in.
I had a stroke about 2years ago, and wasn't sleeping very well, since taking these I fall asleep in about 10 minutes. Vertuly within a week.

Not impressed
They are too bulky.. I hate that whenever I find a good brand ,next time I go to buy it, it's not an Amazon anymore, so I had to try and give these a challenge but they are not as good as the ones I used to get.

I take these as I get cramp in my calf muscles. Since I have been taking them I don't get cramp as much as before.
