Q: Does it come with a power supply?

Purchase made in May, 2021... mine did not come with a power supply though a mini usb seems to be all that is required. I have not tested yet.

Q: Is the output of the Fiio D3 sufficient to drive the Sennheiser wireless Model 120.

Yes,I am using mine with the Sennheiser wireless. Works great.

Q: Is this any good for a ps4?

Yes, I currently use it in my ps4. The sound quality comes out very good. Only issue is it takes up 1 of the usb ports (that's how it gets powered). But totally worth the money.

Q: Will this work connecting a Bluray Player with digital out to a receiver with analog in?

Most BluRay and DVD players have the ability to downmix the audio stream within the player to Stereo. As long as you do this, it should work fine. If you are connected to a receiver that doesn't have digital inputs, then I suspect it also doesn't support surround sound, so the downmix will work perfectly.
