Works well for my husband lunch. We add boiling water to it for a few minutes prior and heat the food up hotter then usual and by 12 noon (put the food in around 7am)) it is a good temperature to eat.

Keeps food warm
It really does keep the food warm. Prior to putting in the heated up food in the container, I pour hot water in it first to heat up the metal then pour it out after a minute or two. That process was written in the paper that came with the container and it worked for me.

Highly recommend this little guy. Good for elementary school as it’s on the small size but by no means little. It can fit a lot and it’s super cute.
