Amazing
There are quite a few negative reviews based on people who misunderstood the product - this is not a pillow for sleeping! Using it 10 minutes a day for the last few weeks has helped with my neck discomfort (I work at a desk) and has the added benefit of giving me time to meditate.

Excellent support for the neck
I use this product to stretch my neck it works rather well. The silicon rubber feels soft yet firm, better than any hard plastic which do not offer any long term comfort. The pocket guide is also a nice addition and well written. Customer support is also very helpful and wants to ensure the product meets expectations.

My chiropractor likes it!
I was recently in a car accident, which really messed up my neck. I've been seeing my chiropractor, for the last several weeks. I've been slowly improving, but then came across this product. I brought it in during my last visit, as I wanted to get his feedback on if it would help me.First of all, it has a lot of weight to it. You'd be surprised when picking it up that it's as heavy as it is. I consider that a good thing, overall. The silicon material it's made out of feels nice, and should be easy to clean after use.Anyway, back to my chiropractor, he commented how it has something similar that is blue, and that it certainly would be helpful, but wouldn't be a cervical correction device. He did suggest I use it, and thought it would be better for me, at least without a pillow. He was surprised by the $70 price point, however. After laying on it, I did find it to be quite comfortable (with or without a pillow). The user guide is a little confusing, as the first portion seems to be related to an entirely different product, where the instructions for this neck stretcher are halfway through the booklet. I imagine they did it this way to save on costs, as they could use the same user guide for both products, but it certainly was confusing at first. While I've not slept on It overnight, as suggested by the user guide, I have done it for about 30-60 minutes at a time. It's really been great, and I can't complain about how I feel while laying on it or even after use. My 14 year old daughter, who has been having neck pain, has similarly tried it out, and had equally positive results. I hope after longer use both of us will be able to better feel the results of its use. Right now, after about a week, I can't say I've felt much of a difference since beginning use.In the end, I'm happy with it. I do think the $70 price point is a little high, for what it is, but with my chiropractor happy with it, and both myself and my daughter enjoying its use, I really am happy I came across this device.

Great neck pillow, recommended!
Best neck pillow I have ever used, it is flexible and does help a lot to ease the pain due to neck pressure.I am in front of computer more than 8 hours a day, this pillow really helps to reduce the pain of the neck. recommended!

Cervical Traction Device & Neck Support
When I ordered this, I had no idea what to expect. I still don’t.It’s softer than another I had ordered but still not comfortable enough to use it for what’s it intended for. One side put too much pressure on the back of my head and the other side had my upper back feeling like it wasn’t supported, like it was elevated. Neither one of those positions felt right.I used it at night with a pillow, as I’m mostly a side sleeper. I was able to find a position that worked but I also don’t keep still when I sleep, so it ended being in my way. It ended on the floor even before I fell asleep. This didn’t work for me. So, I can’t recommend this.

Thick and heavy.
I have now tried a few different styles of these "neck stretchers" or "cervical traction device" and to be honest I have not had a lot of luck feeling improvement.I didn't look at the dimensions when picking up this one, just saw that it was different than the others and figured I'd give it a whirl. Neck pain, after all, is awful.I was first shocked at how heavy this is. Most of the devices are super light foam, this is thick heavy silicone. It's actually softer as a result with better spring/jiggle in my opinion.it's also a lot larger than I expected. In the picture it's this cute little green squiggle under the neck, but the thing is 4" tall in the middle and 4.5" on the sides. 9" wide and 3" deep where the neck meets the middle with a base that's almost 6".While it's more comfortable than other types of these devices it's still weird. Descriptions say "stretching" and "decompressing" but it always kinda feels like it's just pushing my cervical spine (neck) forward which isn't correct alignment. It suggests you could use it facing either way, one way is more firm the other more soft based on where the S curve is at. I wouldn't personally sleep on this thing but they do claim that's totally a thing. (pillow not included, but required.)In terms of price this seems a bit on the expensive side. It's a lot of thick silicone though, so you get what you pay for right?
