After 2 months these have become my most comfortable boots. I love the length, they look great with a pair of jeans and a cuff. They were stiff at first but after a few wears got more comfortable and after two months are great and I can wear them for a long day. I wear an 8, they were true to size, my feet are not wide, and although they are narrow toward the toes, they got looser as I wore them and I never had blisters. Great value, they’re standing up to the elements of a NY winter.

Worn all day with no issues. Comfortable and cute. Size as expected. I wear a 7.5 in Nike and 7.5 was perfect in this boot.

I have received lots of compliments. Material and presentation are great , strong shoes for rainy weather.

The boot is waterproof, easy to clean, warm and comfortable. I usually wear a size 7 (UK) according to the website this is 9.5 (US) the shoe seems half a size too big, could have gone for size 9. Although with adding an insole and chunky sock, they fit well. Easy to put on and take off.

I bought these boots for a two week vacation to Scotland and Ireland in October. I was expecting a good deal of rain and wanted something waterproof. These boots were the only shoes I ended up taking on the trip. I walked for up to 40k steps a day, hiked moderate hikes, went through many puddles and water and these boots held up. I didn’t have blisters and my feet didn’t hurt at all during the day. I was so impressed! The traction was also great for the rain and hikes. They obviously aren’t as good as real hiking boots, but I was able to do pretty steep elevation gain without issue.

I bought these in Frontier Brown, size 8.5 (which is my regular size and the size Amazon recommended). I was sent a pair of Tawny Brown boots (in the box of a pair of Frontier Brown boots), which while nice looking, was at the time of reviewing, $70 cheaper than the ones I purchased. I did try them on anyway to see if I wanted to exchange for the correct shoes, and found them to run narrow. I think this is pretty common for Sam Edelman, but did want to mention it. I have regular width feet and these just won't work for me. I think sizing up would just make them too long as the 8.5 was the proper length with a little room for heavy socks.I do like that the area around the ankle is tight to the leg, makes wearing them with straight leg jeans super easy. And definitely something I've been looking for when trying to purchase boots. So if you have narrow feet and are looking for a cute boot, these would do the trick, purchase your regular size.

I LOVE these boots, the quality is outstanding, even the box is a keeper! They are real pebble grain leather, the sole is exactly what I want BUT, sadly, so sadly, the 8.5 is too tight right where it starts to taper and the 9 is too long and my heal slips out of it when I walk. I guess I need an 8 3/4. I have to return both pairs and it really sucks!*Update, been wearing the 9's around the house, I'm still debating, may be cancelling my return on them. It is just so hard to find a great quality boot that is REAL leather, other brands are all man made and for way more money. I'd be crazy not to keep these!Part 3, can't keep them after an hour in the house they are just too narrow for my 8.5-9 size medium foot. they are going back.

The color gets dirty easily. And the toes will scuff. But overall cute boot and I’ve gotten a lot of compliments

These boots are great! They definitely needed to be broken in and felt tight at first, but now they are really comfortable. I've had them for about two months now and they are a great boot that can be dressed up or down. They stay waterproof in light rain or snow. I wouldn't wear them outside much in winter (Canada), but they're the perfect spring/fall boot!
