Source Naturals L-Tyrosine, 500 mg

しょーみ、サプリメントとか気持ちの問題やろ〜ってナメめてたけどこれは凄い。 確実に集中力が上がってる。

It was suggested by my physician to supplement with L-tyrosine to boost my thyroid function (i was low normal). What an improvement in energy and mood. Although these are 500 mg tablets, i cut them in half, and that seems better suited for my needs.

I'm really not sure what benefit this has done for me.

The only l-tyrosine supplements I know of that can be cut in half! 500mg a day is way too much for me but I found that 250mg does the trick!
