Not the best material but overall acceptable

Incorrect proportions
According to my son (the One Piece expert), the brim of this hat is too wide. Luffy’s hat has a narrower brim. Pictured hat and the hat we received do not match. Sadly was not used as conclusion was that it would be “too embarrassing” to wear this vastly inaccurate hat.

Bought this ugly little hat for my grandson and he loves it for some reason, what is this even for? Is from a game? What's it from? It's so ugly and I hate it, but if he likes this ugly little gross hat then I like it.
