This complaint only for oxbow brand not for dealar. first 2 times i bought this hay it was very good quality but after that it Is brown and smell is also not good. It is totally different from timothy hay. Why is it so? Though it is expensive for a pet but still i buy because my bunny doesn't like any other hay. I am very disappointed. If I am paying then give me the right product. Not expecting this from a brand like yours (oxbow). If you charge this much for hay u have to maintain the quality which you promise your customers.This not a timothy hay at all.

I have been buying this product from outside physical stores, as compared to that Packaging was small and less freshness of hay and lesser in green colour

Very bad quality. No consistency in the product. Quality varies From time to time. Not going to order anymore

The grass looked totally different from the normal timothy hay that I've purchased from the same brand. Very bad quality dried brown hay without any husks.

It’s a hit or miss. The timothy hay I bought 2months ago was smells fresh, green, and crunchy.The ones that i recently bought was very dry and has a different smell, it doesn’t even look like timothy hay.
