I ordered a specific style and did not get one that resembles any picture shown. The shape of the hat is similar, although it has an odd shape due to how it was packaged and can't be made good. It comes with a chin strap with strange ends like shoelaces, and I've no idea how to attach it. I also ordered a design with plain black rope on the top (style C - sky blue), and I have a fancy rope with pearls on either end, not to my taste at all, and again I have no idea how to put it on. It doesn't seem to fit the hat. Such a shame, it is a good size and should have been a good purchase. However, not getting what I ordered and then having no instructions as to how things fit on it, well it's basically pretty useless. Exasperating after waiting over 3 weeks for it.

It wasn't quite as I expected. There is an elastic 'chin' strap which I only attempted to use as it was a bit windy and the hat kept flying off. As soon as I tried to put the strip under my chin it broke. I was a bit disappointed in the hat, it was a little on the small side and doesn't stay on in the breeze

It’s ok for the price but measurements would be handy and the hat is too small and as there’s no returns sticker in the parcel, I can’t return it and get a refundDisappointed

Arrived quite creased but a hot steam iron for 10min it’s sorted it out.Perfectly sized hat, but if you have an average to larger sized head you will find it too small.Very comfy to wear, brim perfect width. Nice floppy edges so you can wear it comfortably on the sun lounger

Just what I needed for gardening and relaxing in the garden. Good wide brim which keeps the sun off my face. Seems durable. Good price.
