These work so well when my blood sugar drops. Usually only takes one. They are easy to carry in my purse and car and they taste great!

I've had a lot of trouble finding glucose tablets at my local stores recently (maybe there are production issues?). So I looked online and found that items were either unavailable or what were (in store) $4 bottles were being sold for $30. Then I discovered this brand, which was priced decently, and I saw blueberry as a flavor option. I'd never seen blueberry glucose tablets before so I was very intrigued. The flavor is strong but not super unpleasant, which I know isn't high praise but I don't eat these things because they taste good. I was also intrigued by the lemon and lime because it says "zesty" lemon and lime so I was hoping maybe they wouldn't be as overwhelmingly sweet. These are better than the blueberry in my opinion. They taste how I would imagine a lemon lime drink mix powder would taste. I typically look for grape tablets but the zesty lemon and lime might be my new favorite flavor. As far as glucose tablets go, they're good.

I've been using these Lift Glucose Tablets for a few months now, and here is my list of Pros and Cons based on my experience:PROS:-The package is really easy to open (you just flip the top off -- no need to unscrew a cap). This is a minor detail, but I absolutely LOVE this feature. When you have Type 1 diabetes and your blood sugar is dropping fast, sometimes it is hard to open containers due to your hands shaking. This makes it so much easier (and faster) to get the glucose tablets you need in a hurry!-The taste is pleasant.-They work as fast as I would expect a glucose tablet to work.CONS:-The tablets need to be a little more sturdy or thicker. This is the ONLY issue I have with these tablets. It appears the tablets crumble, or break down a little, over time -- not in full, but almost like shavings. They do not hold up well during shipping or every time you tip the bottle to get some out -- the constant back and forth motion, or shaking, appears to break them down a little.By the time you get to the bottom of a bottle, the entire bottom is covered in chalk-like material (i.e., crumbs from the broken tablets). This leads to a mess when you are trying to get the last few tablets out -- I always end up with the glucose tablet "chalk" all over my hands, my clothes, etc. I've never had this issue with other brands of glucose tablets, so I'm hoping the manufacturer will consider improving this.Overall, they are great glucose tables. I especially love the bottle design and how easy it is to get them out in a hurry when you need them, and I would recommend these to other people!I am rating it 4 out of 5 stars. It would easily be a 5-star product if the tablets didn't crumble so easily and make the chalk-like mess.

There is literally nothing to dislike about these. They work fast, taste great, and are inexpensive. If I could complain about anything, it would be that they sometimes go out of stock for long periods of time. No artificial coloring added! All other glucose tablets on the market have artificial coloring. There is absolutely no need to color glucose tablets.

Taste is fine but seems a bit stale imo

Honestly, these things are life-saving. I have reactive hypoglycemia and I never know what food is going to have fits with me. Sometimes it’s something high in carbs, other times it’s something like scrambled eggs… there’s no rhyme or reason to it.I’ve had to do the panic, lethargic scramble to find something that brings it up quickly, but doesn’t spike it and that’s always stressful. My boyfriend told me about these, but I was skeptical. The first time my sugar crashed (was around 54), I grabbed 2 tablets and chewed them. I was grossed out by how chalky they were. But they brought my sugar up so quickly and easily. I didn’t feel crazy or like I was high. I realized after the next time I had a crash that they were only chalky because I was so dehydrated. The second time was very pleasant. I have the blueberry burst. They taste so good and aren’t a pain to chew. I can count on my sugar leveling out (no longer feeling shaky, sweating, or lethargic) within 5 minutes. I’m so grateful for these little things!!
