I don’t normally leave reviews unless an item is really great or really bad. This product falls in the really great category. It does everything as advertised and is super easy to use, clean, and put together. One of the things I love about it is for mixing. It is easy to beat eggs in for a quick scrambled egg or dredge mixture. While it does a good job chopping, I love it most for easy and quick mixing!

Over the last 30 years I have owned several food processors and this one is built to last.

So, I got tired of dragging my Ninja out, plugging it in, finding the right parts. I got this Veggie Chopper because it is SO easy to use, and really less work to clean. I love my Ninja, but it's a hassle some times. I find my self using the chopper more. It's seems very sturdy, is very easy to clean, and no hassle to use. Good purchase. I do recommend it if you're as lazy as I am.

The media could not be loaded. I make egg rolls or steam buns every now and then and it calls for cutting many vegetables like carrots, onions, mushrooms and garlic. I make big batches of the filling for special occasions and shredding the vegetables took most of my prep time before I even start the cooking process. Wanted to give this a try and it was decent and will save me ton of time and prep work than me cutting manually.In the video, I put in about 2 medium size onions or about 415 grams(weighed it myself for reviewing purpose). Since it was my first time using it, you can definitely see me struggling before I got the hang of it but that's on me since I didn't press down as hard as I need to since I was recording and didn't want my phone knocked down on accident. At the end it was nicely shredded into fine pieces but I could tell it needed more spins for my preference for a filling. So the picture towards the end was the final results after a couple more rounds of spin. The other picture is a garlic and It chops just as well. I find that it doesn't chop garlic as well if you add a little of it. It needs a good amount of volume to get a nice consistency.One thing it could be better is the sturdiness. There's nothing to help hold it in place like a suction at the bottom so you need to put pressure. And the plastic parts feel like it could break if you are not careful. Washing has been easy but there seems to be some water stuck when leaving it to air dry at the bolted top parts which is concerning since that can form mold. I would definitely unscrew those parts to deep clean every now and then. But overall, I am happy with the chopper since I no longer have to spend most of my time prepping the veggies when I can just use this. It's a 4.5/5 for me.I did not use the egg separator or the whipping blade since I did not buy it for that reason but I guess its a nice addition for those that might need it.

Chopper is easy to use and easy to clean

This chopper is an excellent tool for chopping vegetables and fruits .I have used for apple's, onions , green peppers . To whip eggs. Instant pudding.The chopper minces vegetables with little effort.The blade guard is a nice touch. I have been cut with a choping blade hidden in dish water.I really look forward to using this as an active tool in my quest to eat healthier

I am pretty happy to have this as I was looking for a chopper with a larger capacity.So, if you dont need large capacity, it is better to buy small one.Anyway, I just need to remove 2 stars from rating due to the easy of cleaning.When I wash this, I obviously wash the lid as well.As a result, soapy water get inside of the lid pard from the screw holes.So basically, I have to remove all four screws clean and put them back each time I used it.If I dont do that, soapy water will be trapped, and it will come out and mix with your food next time.I just hope maybe a bit better design to prevent water to be trapped in the lid part. That would awesome.
