Arena Nose Clip Pro Swimming Nose Plug

I've left another post about the previous pair of Arena Pro 2 nose clips... they lasted a bit longer than this pair.... don't get be wrong. They're great nose clips, and a better fitting than the original Pro. The original Pro lasted for years, but was small and slipped off often. The Pro 2 is more comfortable and stays on. But this is the 2nd pair I've had and they've both failed within months. At over £8 a go, they're at the top of the price range for nose clips.... yet don't last as long... Come on Arena.... fix this design / manufacturing issue. I've bough a 3rd pair, and if this fails like the others, it will be the last pair I buy. PS I don't have a big nose and careful when fitting them on.

I've been wearing the Arena Pro for a couple of years, and the reviews all say that they're small. I have a small nose, so that's not a problem, but they still slip off during a swim... I've started using the Pro 2 since June, which fit much better, but I'm on my 2nd pair in less than 4 months... they've snapped. I'm not sure if the Pro 2 has replaced the Pro, so stocks might be low. See my Amazon review of the Pro 2.

This is a really useful bit of kit for all you open water swimmers. It’s a good fit with a reasonable but not excessive amount of pressure. The great thing for me is that it’s on a lanyard so I don’t lose it- if it comes off during swimming, you can simply pop it back on again. I’ve lost count of how many noseclips have slipped of my nose over the last couple of years whilst swimming which are lost forever.

Only 2 slippages during a 2hr training session. Very good compared to others which I just gave up on as they kept falling off. Able to train with confidence knowing if it did slip I wouldn't have to stop and interrupt the set. Still think it's expensive given it's just a bit of plastic with a strap.

Bought this for my daughter’s birthday. She is ethnic, and this clip does not and has not stayed on her nose once since trying swimming with it.Useless purchase. Guess it would only suit people with “European” nose shapes!
