It does not say organic. So it is not.

What is it's color when added to water?

It is a bright magenta pink color! It is better blended in a smoothie than added straight to water.

Are There Minerals In This?

Dragonfruit contains calcium, iron, magnesium and phosphorus.

Does the package need to be refrigerated after being opened?

No, it does not need to be stored in the fridge-it is best to store the Dragonfruit Powder in a cool, dark, dry area and make sure the bag is completely sealed after opening. Also, always make sure to use clean utensils to scoop out of the bag, as wet scoops may introduce moisture/mold/clumping into the bag.

My go-to dragon fruit powder

I make smoothies all the time and dragon fruit is one of my go-to flavors. After testing out a bunch of powders I just keep coming back to this one. It might be a bit more expensive that the others but it's worth it. The flavor tastes like the dragon fruit is actually ripe when they dried it.

Very bright magenta coloring

Unlike other pitaya powder used, this one is really intense and wonderful. Highly recommend.
