I only post review where it is due. These lamp shades are perfect for my need. I am happy with this purchase and will purchase another set.

I have two metal lamps, and they had more traditional lamp shades. I added these and now I love them so much!

Aesthetically these look great. However....the bottom screws that you need to remove in order to put a lightbulb in are rusted on! Both of mine we’re this way, on all of the 8 bolts. After several attempts with pliers and a razor blade to cut through the finish, I finally got them undone. However it created damage to the screws, removing the finish. You get what you pay for but saying “just unscrew the bolts” is misleading. On the other hand, if you are Hercules and have superpower strength with tiny little fingers, you’ll do just fine and have a well lit palace.

It is a very good looking and sturdy item. You must be willing to take 8 retaining nuts off every time for bulb change. Also must use socket with retaining ring. Sellers description should mention this. But 5 minutes is not the end of the world for me. This is the look I wanted.

I love the look of these covers, but be aware that they -of course- don't really shade much of the light from the bulb behind them and you almost need to use these up higher (out of your eye-line view) or perhaps choose a dimmer or colored light bulb.I bought three of these covers. I loved the first one I bought so much, that I had to get two more. Unfortunately, I bought a different style of pendant light cord, the second time I purchased these covers, so I had to get creative with some wire to hold them up/in place a bit make-shift.If you're going to use a plug-in pendant light cord, make sure you get one that comes with those plastic, screw on, ring clamps!

Very nice industrial looking shade. Only thing I don’t like is having to remove it to change bulb. I cut one bar out of backside and now I can get a bulb in without of unscrewing the cage

These are great with the Edison Bulbs I bought to go with them. My only issue was that the little screws that you have to remove to put the bulb in are very tight, and the little round ball on the ends of a couple of them broke off. Other than that, I love them!

It’s very nice but I’m having a difficult time finding bulbs that can fit into the hole.
