Tri-Clover by Eretz - Three Part Blend of Clovers Providing Beauty, Cover, and Natural Attractant. No Coatings or Fillers, Premium Seeds (5lb)

I bought this to repair the spots in my lawn where my female dog's urine kills the grass. Clover handles the extra nitrogen much better than grass, so it seemed like a good solution. The seed germinated well, established quickly with regular watering, and is filling in those bare patches nicely. The mix looks healthy, and I like that it blends in naturally while also helping improve the soil. If you're tired of constantly reseeding dead grass from dog urine, this is definitely worth trying. So far, I'm very happy with the results.

I didn't end up using this initially-- but two years on my lawn really needed de-thatching and reseeding so I put it out about two weeks ago. It covered a lot of ground with some left over. Nothing happened the first week but when it started raining, BOOM! I think every single seed germinated, it already looks so much better (than empty dirt) and I can't wait to see all the flowers next year! I will buy more for next time.

The best clover seeds. So quick to sprout. Have been using this brand for over a year. These sprouts appeared in less than a week!!!! Amazing product. Please sponsor me hahha These clovers are the best ground cover. So green and amazing. Perfect for pollinators. Stays green all summer. Quit to sprout and fill in spots. Just love these seeds. I’m on my 6th? Bag.

I planted these two years ago so this is a long term review. At first, the only seeds that took were in the sunny areas- I had tried to get something to grow in my low light areas but they didn’t thrive there. However, a year later, we had to take down the tree that was shading the yard and all the clover seeds that were planted the year previous, sprouted! I got excellent success with these. They covered maybe 1/4 of an acre with one bag spread thinly. The plants grew together and filled in most of the gaps. I came back to buy more to do the rest of the yard as I don’t have to mow the clover side which is fantastic! Good value- big bag! Good strong plants.

Pro: most of this stuff sprouted super fast, is doing well in sun and shade, and is developing into a wonderful blanket of clover. Cons: feels like 1/3 of the seeds are not germinating. Lots of rains, lots of seeds clumping together on surface, then just never sprouting. I still ordered more to fill in another part of yard I'm doing clover on first to establish erosion control before I plop down some grass simply b/c this stuff sprouted so fast. I bought another clover seed in the past, and it seemed to take forever to pop. So, I was very pleasantly surprised to see this stuff taking off the first week. Just wish more of it would germinate. Maybe 1/3 is a type that's a late bloomer?

This blend germinates quickly and grows well, provided you water it, of course. Unfortunately for me, it is also a groundhogs favorite food! So my project did not work out for me, but that wasn't this products fault. I have sown some in a more groundhog free area and they are growing quite well there.

DISAPPOINTED!! Not pure clover seeds as they claim. I was so excited when I started to see the spouts rising. Sprouts came up fairly quickly. I followed the instructions tilled the ground of my empty patches and sowed the seeds then added compost over the ground. Watered every day until I had sprouts. As the sprouts got bigger they were not resembling the clover that is already established. I took a picture of the sprouts to google it and they said it was multiple different species watercress, chickweed miner’s lettuce etc. I used nearly used the entire bag. But not any clover!? So now what? So disappointed!!! Ugh! Last pictures are of my established clover and what clover looks like.

wonderful mix of shades of clover. seems to be thriving and taking over the creeping Charlie. easy to maintain,and fast to grow.
