excellent, similar message to "Cirque du Soleil: The Spark"
I was very impressed by Ken Robinson's TED talks. I like his fresh approach to education, based on observation, and applying different paradigms to different situations. This book has a good positive message, somewhat similar to ="Cirque du Soleil: The Spark", which is also about finding one's own strengths and building on them: striving to do better, and often achieving previously unbelievable goals and results.

A real discovery
One of the best discovery and book ever read. The message is clear and different from what we read and here everywhere. I discovered Ken Robinson through TED and I was inspired within a minute. He delivers a true message with love and kindness. I believe we all wish to be treated the way he described it in his book and for those who have kids, read it, it's gold for their future and yours.

Review of The Element, How Finding Your Passion Changes Everything
Review of The Element, How Finding Your Passion Changes EverythingHow finding your passion that is the question. I watched Ken Robinson TED speech on Youtube which has got over 4 billion viewers and is now globally known. I was totally amazed by him and I was struck by him overview of our massive hided power, creativity. What is creativity? For me it has always been something which is something is built by us, briefly said that lay one brick on another and builds the house, make a song or write a poem. During the time I was reading this book I noticed that I have been totally wrong about what creativity was and what means finding a passion.Mr. Robinson writes and uses a lot of examples of people. He starts the book with a striking story and it engages a reader to lovely journey in the world of creativity and passion. A book tells how the creator of The Simpson finds his passion and the story brings absolutely brilliant point of view of world's best musicians how they find their passion for music. There is Paul McCartney who wanders streets of Liverpool finding his way to success and also the bestseller Paulo Coelho gets extra electroshocks to find the writing to be his job of dreams. This book gives its reader a wide interpretation about our human capacity and tells that we all have something remarkable to give and share, but we first have to find it. One aspect I found a little disappointing was it slightly repeated the topic, however overall it is simply to understand and read. Ken Robinson tells the story enthusiastically through the book and there is always a new amazing story about someone who had found his passion.I would highly recommend this excellent book for all who are interested in changing something in their lives. It is also good for people who works in field of education or yet know what want to do when grow up. I really enjoyed reading it and I will absolutely get some further reading about this topic. I thoroughly enjoyed this book and it's a book you couldn't put it down.
