Makes short work of chopping food.
I have used a Bamix stick blender and the attachments for more than 30 years. I made the mistake of crushing cloves in my original chopping bowl and the clove oil ate the plastic. This unit is easier to clean and being clear makes it much easier to see the contents of the bowl. It's works very well for chopping nuts and I have even used it to make flax seed meal. It performed much better than my food processor for making the flax meal.It only takes a short time to chop food, so you have to pay attention to the consistency or you will end up with powder or mush.

Works well
Replacement for previous dry mill where the blade broke.New one is noticeably sharper and unlike the wet and dry mill the blade comes out for cleaning. I have on occasion used it with some liquid and it works fine. For some reason its only meant to be a dry mill though.It is a much used piece of equipment that I wouldn't be without. Perfect for finding seeds and spices etc.
