I was filling out my invoices and making sections for these exact areas. And now it saves me alot of time that there are already sections made out for materials, labor and missalanious. These make you look alot more professional and my clients like them too. I like all the various options you are able to charge for

These have 3 copies, including the Hardback. I like the card stock copy because it helps make a better writing surface. I am an HVAC/R contractor and I do mostly commercial. About 75 percent of my base is commercial, of which 70 percent is refrigeration. Those I have a printed set for. These I use for residential because I don't have than many Residential customers. I like them because they are cheap, but have plenty of room for parts and description.

These are the best invoices you can purchase for the price. The yellow copy is for my techs for Friday payroll. No yellow copy no Friday pay..

Does the job

I have used the Tops triplicate form for many years, my only issue is that amazon pictured and listed the Tops, but shipped a generic that did work, but the quality and appearance, was nothing like the Tops. If buying, verify that you will be getting the genuine Tops forms.

I like the easy to use format and helps me keep track of orders.

Good forms, however, wish they offered 2 pages instead of 3 for business that don't need 3 sheets.

These are almost the perfect invoices for the service industry. Many categories and columns that actually relate to what I need. Only real issue I have, is on a daily basis I do require more space to fill in the description of work. As the material area is very large I end up using part of this to scribble more description for my customers. Decent price point, and overall good value. Will repurchase going forward.
